Saint Dakota Shipping & Returns Policy
Saint Dakota Clothing tries really hard to ship your purchases on the same day you place your order, or on the very next business day. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
You can return new, unworn items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay for the return shipping if the return is a result of our mistake (like if you received an incorrect item or size). You can expect to receive a refund within three weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive a refund faster. The estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once Saint Dakota receives it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to return/exchange an item you bought from us
If you purchased an item and need to return it for a refund, or if you want to exchange it for something else, you can do it by logging in to your account (if you created one) and following the instructions. We’ll email you once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If that doesn't work, or if you didn't create and accounr, then just shoot us an email at saintdakotaclothing [at] gmail [dot] com.
How to return/exchange an item that someone else bought from us
If you’re returning or exchanging an item that someone else bought for you, please ship the item to us with the original packing slip, or a note with the original order number, or if you don’t have either just a note with the name of the person who purchased the product for you. If you don’t have any of this information, it’s possible the item was purchased from one of our retail partners and not from us directly. In this case please contact us directly before returning your item.

We recommend that if you need to return an item to us (for a refund or an exchange) that you use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
